This Privacy Policy describes how Semih Saydam ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile game Can't Catch Me! (the "App").
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from users. All game progress, settings, and upgrade data are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (PlayerPrefs / UserDefaults) and never leave your device.
The App does not currently integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated and listed services will be disclosed here.
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because no personal data leaves your device, there is no server-side data to secure. Game data is stored using iOS's sandboxed app storage and is removed when the App is uninstalled.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL.
