Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Semih Saydam ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile game ARC (the "App").

Information We Collect

• Anonymous player ID. Only when you play online, the App creates an anonymous account through Unity Gaming Services. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number, and the App has no chat.
• Connection data. Your device's IP address is used to connect you to a game room, and connection latency is measured to pick the nearest server region. Precise location is never used.
• Diagnostic data. The Unity engine may send basic, anonymous device and performance information (such as device model and OS version) to Unity. It is not linked to your identity.
• Data stored on your device. Your settings (sound, music, vibration, aim assist), whether you have seen the tutorial, which service notices you have read and the anonymous sign-in token are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.

Playing against the bot or with a friend on one device works offline and sends no data.

What We Don't Do

The App shows no ads, does not track you across other apps or websites, does not sell data and has no in-app purchases.

Third-Party Services

Online play uses services provided by Unity Technologies (Authentication and Multiplayer): Unity Privacy Policy. When you share a room invite, it is sent through the app you choose (for example WhatsApp or Messages); that app's own privacy policy applies. Test versions are distributed through Apple TestFlight; Apple shares crash reports and any feedback you send through TestFlight with us.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. To have your anonymous online account and its associated data deleted, please contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL.
